WBS PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has adopted the Whistleblowing System (WBS) Guidelines since 2014. We have developed a web-based application that allows the public to report violations to ensure that the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) remains effective.

Violations are acts that violate laws and regulations, standard operating procedures, policies, codes of ethics and others. In general, the principles in the management of SPP are as follows:CONFIDENTIAL
Each Whistleblower's identity must be kept confidential by the SPP Manager. For the protection of the identity of the Whistleblower, the SPP Manager is obliged to disguise the identity of the Whistleblower to avoid subjectivity, suspicion, and partiality. The obligation to keep the identity of the Whistleblower does not apply if the legal process states that an identity is required for the Reporting violation.
IMPARTIAL
Every report of violations and/or irregularities to the SPP Management Manager must fulfill an impartial nature, whether it is ethnic, racial, religious or group and not slanderous and/or false reports.
INDEPENDENT
The SPP manager is required to be independent on the reports received. In the event that the report received is related to the SPP Manager, the management officer concerned must submit his/her resignation from the assignment to handle the report in writing to the management or authorized official in the Company in order to avoid any conflict of interest.
VIOLATION CRITERIA
Based on GuidelinesPOLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Violate operational policies and procedures, as well as other policies, procedures and regulations relevant to the Company.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
Violating the principles of applicable Financial Accounting Standards.
AUTHORITY OR POSITION
Abusing authority or position for personal, family and/ or group/ group interests.
REGULATION
Committing general crimes, crimes of corruption, embezzlement, mark up, drug use, destruction of goods, and so on.
CODE OF ETHICS GUIDELINES
Violations in the form of Conflict of Interest, harassment, involvement in prohibited community activities.
PRACTICE GRATIFICATION
Receiving or giving money, goods, or other facilities, both received in domestically or abroad, whether done by using or without electronic means , which are related to the position and contrary to their duties and obligations as stipulated in the Company's policies and Laws.
